On July 10th, 2023 the Monks of Belmont Abbey welcomed a new novice and graduate of Belmont Abbey College, John Paul Hamilton. During evening Vespers, Abbot Placid and the monks presented him with his habit and some simple prayers. The Abbot encouraged John Paul to call upon Mary help of Christians, the perfect example of obedience. Please pray for John Paul as he takes this first step towards a possible vocation to religious life!
